The team is managed by a supervisor, who reports directly to the Owner /Manager on-duty of the store we are servicing. A detailed job card is completed by our supervisor and signed by your company representative to ensure that all our work is carried out to the satisfaction of the customer. A Certificate of Service (valid for 6(six) months only) is also issued upon completion of the job. All of our work is completed within the requirements and standards of the South African Bureau of Standards, the SANS 1850.
Services of Extraction Systems will be carried out at 3/6 monthly intervals, depending on the requirements of the customer. All services will be completed at the stores’ convenience, bearing in mind that the systems cannot be operational during the service. Services are therefore carried out after trading hours or during operation, with the arrangement to work together with your team, as one team, by accommodating each other within the working area. After the initial service, your details will be entered into our data base and our office will then make contact with you to set up your necessary 3 or 6 monthly services. Deep cleaning services can be done independently or along with your regular extraction service.
Extraction Action also offers you a 24-hour breakdown service, should one of your outlets experience difficulties with the extraction fan(s). A technician will be dispatched to the site ASAP to assess the situation and the necessary repair or installation will be attended to at the earliest convenience. Once we have assessed the problem, a detailed quote will be forwarded to you for approval, prior to any work taking place.
